The Lyrics

Yet another Bert and Ernie song based on some real story that somebody sent me.
[Verse 1]
This is a story about Buddy Bert, and his friend Ernie.
Two friendly Muppets who never have anywhere to be.
They sit around the apartment, read books, and sleep in beds,
But then the next morning, they have decided to make bread.

[Verse 2]
They headed out to the park with their bicycles,
That's when they started to see where the birds are.
Ernie had Rubber Duckie to chase them under the stars,
But Buddy Bert fed the pigeons some lunch.

[Chorus]
Come on, feed the pigeons some lunch.
Come on, feed the pigeons some lunch.
Come on, feed the pigeons some lunch.
Come on, feed the pigeons some lunch.

[Verse 3]
The next morning, Bert had oatmeal for breakfast,
He has to start his day off if he wants to get out fast.
He had poured milk on his oatmeal, feels like a blast.
Bert likes to eat oatmeal everyday to make it last.

[Verse 4]
His buddy, Ernie, oh boy, he took a bath.
His Rubber Duck, by his side was running its path.
He squeaked his duckie, now he's gonna take a laugh.
He better use a towel if he wants out of that bath.

[Chorus]
And they'll go out and feed the pigeons some lunch.
Come on, feed the pigeons some lunch. (Eat up!)
Come on, feed the pigeons some lunch.
Come on, feed the pigeons some lunch. (Coo coo coo)

[Chorus]
Hey, Bert, could you feed the pigeons some lunch? (Sure, Ernie! Coo coo coo)
Come on, feed the pigeons some lunch. (Bread, y'all?)
Come on, feed the pigeons some lunch. (Coo coo! Coo coo coo.)

Are these two friendly Muppets actually being nice to the pigeons now that the bread is all gone?
