Yeah they're making a movie about Barbie which will star Amy Schumer. I know what you're thinking and I'm thinking the same thing...Are they serious? I mean how can they possibly think they can make a movie about Barbie to begin with? I didn't know that particular franchise is worth making a movie out of and the best chance for Barbie was Toys Story when Mattel turned down that offer. Also another bad miscast which isn't surprising since it seems Sony have no idea what they're even doing. If they're going to do that, then why not go all the way and cast Rob Schneider as Ken? It'll be perfect!

No way Amy Schumer comes close as Barbie! Amy is 5' 7" tall, weighs over 140 lbs, and has measurements 38-28-39 while Barbie is 5' 9", 110 lbs, and 39-18-33, size shoe 3!!! Max, Sony is looking at Chris Hemsworth to play Ken in the Barbie movie opposite Amy Schumer. He was in Ghostbusters!!! The movie is slated for June 22, 2018 release.
That's not too bad, but kinda disappointed since Rob Schneider would have made it potentially "so bad it's good" because of how bad the casting would have been.
Btw, Ken's full name is Kenneth Carson and Barbie's is Barbara Millicent Roberts. Her dog was Tanner, a Golden Retriever!
