Parody Song Title:

"Saline"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

I am saline, I am saline, taste me in – corn-ed beef
I am saline, salty waters – if you’re shipwrecked, don’t drink me!

No denying, you’ll be dying if in thirst guzzle brine
Alkaline-y, chunder, no doubt - if, up, drink you, you will see!

Can you steer three? On a queer sea? On Atlantic’s salty waves
Chris is trying for Indies plying, pepper add to salt he craves

Are they seen, these, histamine-ys, run amok nights, and all day?
Feel like dying, spray nose in trying: to relieve goo, saline way

Lot is wailing, wifey’s failing: turned again Sod’ to see
Now she’s saline; grainy piller, did not heed Jove, forward flee

On board do be feared goo: saliney
Ack! Snored! To be clear through olfact’ry
Oh Lord, didn’t hear you, now stoned be
Fun lore...

Hobbits - This is definitely worth its weight in salt. I'm not in-salt-ing you...this is a fine job, so don't take my compliments with a grain of...you know! ;D

Nicely done--I seem to be feeling extraordinarily 'condimentary' after reading this beaut! Reminds me of that old chem joke: What's heptane? Saline, saline 'over' The Seven C's
On that (sour) note, here's 555 milligrams of heart'y praise for ya!

The perfect "solution".         (heh!)
IV-as looking for some kind of drip-py parody, perhaps with a vote of D5W -- surprised that aspect didn't make it in, but there was a Lot of good stuff, a pillar of parody - in fact, it made me teary-eyed - but a bit irritated from reading so much (reaches for you-know-what).

You two are the salt of the earth, Na-ary a doubt! Have a "soda" on me! 555, and LOL @ TJC and FG!

Sailing is a somewhat saline lifestyle, so here's a 555 grams of sodium chloride.
