Parody Song Title:

"Leap and Tad"

Parody Written by:

Darius Whitehead

The Lyrics

Leap and Tad are Brothers and they're frogs. Here's another Pink Floyd parody made by Darius Kamron Whitehead. That's me.
Leap: Leap (leap, leap, leap, leap) and Tad (Tad, tad, tad, tad)
And after all we're just some frogs you've ever had Lily: Boy and bro (bro, bro, bro)
They learn a lot,
Like other brothers do,
Tad: "Lily", Leap said, on the L that has been stuck on top of my head.
And Professor, he sat,
On the word that was CAT, that was sent to bed.

Kermit: Me, (me, me, me, me) and Don,
I do the news and he writes all the songs,
Frog, (frog, frog, frog, frog) and man, (man, man, man, man)
When he is done, here comes Don Music's band.
"Didn't you see what has happened to me?"
The singer named Don Music said.
"Listen here, Don," said the frog who goes on,
"Your song is fine in your head".

Don Music: I mean, my song can't work that way,
So if you give me a little, tiny, short help on my song, it would be helpful.
Play it? I have no clue what that is,
Because I only have a piano,
I can't remember why!
It was only a musical instrument,
But, really, could you help me with the song I've been working on, please?

Ernie: Bert, (Bert, Bert, Bert) and me,
We're just roommates, that's all we'll ever be,
Bert: Disc, (disc, disc, disc) disco,
And when there's songs we might dance in Darius' studio.
Me: Only today, it's a busy day,
I've got things on my head,
If you need a hand, I'll be in your band,
But Richard Hunt's dead.

This was funny...not many people remember Don Music (although I must admit, he was too much of a violent character--a very bad example to set for children on how to deal with frustration!). I wish you had done it all about Sesame Street, not about Leap Frog (not just because I know very little about it), but I totally got your sweet nod to Richard Hunt--and you did the dialogue, too, that's always a plus!
