The Lyrics

I like him. I like him a lot. He's so likeable. (Plus there was this one episode of "Two and a Half Men" where Charlie is in the hospital and is receiving no medical attention, so Jon Cryer shouts "I didn't want to have to do this, but... I am MATTHEW BRODERICK! And that is my brother in there! If he dies, I'm homeless!" I thought this was really funny because I always thought that Jon Cryer and Matthew Broderick do look a lot a like) LOL!
Chorus: Matt, Matt, Matt-hew Broderick
You know…
He is the one star that glows
Matt Broderick
Fo’ sho’
He’s in some things that don’t blow

Verse 1: Ferris was so grea-hate
No sequel’s a mistake
Dating Jenny Grey was just too boring
Project X went next
Chimpanzees in jets
Crazy monkeys in the sky they’re soaring by…

Chorus: Matt, Matt, Matt-hew Broderick
You rule!
You taught me I should skip school
It’s Broderick
No fool!
No one can call him a tool

Verse 2: He showed us Glory ways
From uncivil days
Fighting all those rebels was so gory
Watched Mufasa die-hie
Met a nice Cable Guy
Fought in an arena for his glory
Tight!

Chorus: Matt, Matt, Matt-hew Broderick
He’s sick!
He bombed Godzilla to bits
It’s Broderick
That’s it!
His wife looks like she got hit

[Matthew Broderick Guitar Solo!!!!!!!]

Chorus: Go, go, go, go gadget!
You know…
Matthew Broderick played this role
He’s Broderick
The show!
Never gets old when he goes!

(AofA) Very clever title sub little bro! I never would have thought of that. Did you get this idea because Ferris Buehler was on TV a couple days ago? Anyway, funny lines, good references, great pacing! 555

Cool dude. Loved him in Ferris Buehler's Day Off, Inspector Gadget, The Producers and so many other great films. He's such a cool dude and he shares my first name so how can I not like him!

I really like the OS and Matthew Broderick is pretty cool too (Matthias, he was also really good in Tower Heist, if you haven't seen that yet...highly recommend it). Nice work!

(Ages) Great tribute to Matthew Broderick and I can understand why you're a fan of his. He also happens to be a fan of mine as well! I loved him in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off'","The Cable Guy", "Deck The Halls" "WarGames", etc. Other Broderick movies I'd like to see are "Election", "Glory", "Inspector Gadget", "Tower Heist", etc. I idolize Matthew and his wife Sarah Jessica Parker. I also agree that Jon Cryer and Matthew Broderick do look a like, short with brown hair and the faces are so similar they look like they could be brothers. Great work and 555.

(Ages) I like Broderick, even though I've seen on ly three movies with him...and to be honest, I think that someone else should've been Inspector Gadget. Still, he fit Leo Bloom perfectly, and Lion King is always awesome. Great tribute to an, IMO, pretty good actor. 555

Didn't remember that he dated Jennifer Grey. Good song, nice song about many things in his career.

Ages...I like Matthew Broderick, and his wife, SJP is another fave. Nice work...lots of subject matter, and love the OS!
