The Lyrics

To the parody section editors: Please don't remove this parody! I seriously did not make this one up! This is why I provide videos for obscure songs. Besides, it's not even the same Peter Griffin. This one's real name was Peter Kamp (he was German) and he died in January of last year :( Anyways, let's talk about the parody. After the last one I wrote, I felt that I needed to write a happier parody. Among other things, I also wanted to celebrate the end of the Writers' Strike & I wanted to surprise people. Also, I wrote this because of the lack of Polish superheroes. As I usually do when writing parodies about made up superheroes, here's a backstory: Jan Władisławowycz served in the Polish Army for a couple of years and was good at his job. However, upon discharge, he was having trouble readjusting to civilian life. Then one day, he went to a Japanese restaurant & ordered fugu (a poisonous type of fish of which only certain parts can be eaten). It was cut incorrectly, he ate a poisonous part, and he was sent to the hospital. He came close to death, but survived & gained super powers, among them the power to detoxify food. There ya go. Enjoy the parody. DKTOS?
Down in Eastern Europe,
Specifically Poland,
There’s a superhero
Who gets the bad guys canned.

They thought they were super,
Until they realized
There’s a Polish hero
Who’s got a fire in his eyes.

According to what I know, he’s just a normal dude.
They say he got his powers from eating poisoned food.
I don’t think it’s likely, I think it’s just a lie.
For if you tried to do that, then you would surely die!!!

(Poland Man) [x2]

This is the night-
The night-
The night of Poland Man.

This is the night-
The night-
The night of Poland Man.

Saving the Republic from some really nasty stuff.
Watch out bad guys, or you’ll end up bruised & very badly scuffed!

[instrumental break]

This is the night-
The night-
The night of Poland Man.

This is the night-
The night-
The night of Poland Man.

[instrumental break]

Flying through the country,
Across the blue sky,
If he doesn’t hurry,
A city’s gonna die.

The people are frightened,
They are mortified,
Where’s that white & red man
With a fire in his eyes?

Though it’s all looking hopeless, and the bomb can’t be defused,
There is not a challenge this hero has refused.
He disposed of the bomb, and they’re cheering for that guy.
He saved thousands of people, and nobody has died!

Przepraszam, ale nie znam tego śpiewu "Spiderman".

I know the video says "Spiderman". However, both spellings are correct.

I'm not complaining about the spelling, I just don't know the OS, whether the title is one word or two. Hmmm, I'd better learn the Polish word for "original".

Well, there's a link to the video of the song in the introductory paragraph. Just look for the "DKTOS?" with blue text & underline.
