The Lyrics

Frogurt, one of LOST's most famous redshirts, salutes his fellow fallen in his dying moments...
Scott - or was it Steve? Heck, even I don’t really know -
Took a fatal dose of Ethan several weeks ago.
Leslie got himself blown up into a billion bits.
This Minor Player status is the pits.

All the flaming arrows that came whizzing through the trees,
All the faded glory of my frogurt fantasies,
All the trials I endured away from prying eyes.
Flaming arrows! One more redshirt dies.

Had my eye on Libby, who was pretty as could be.
Figured she’d be happy to take a chance on me.
Well, Tubby got there first, though why she liked him, I can’t say.
Stuck with him, and she got blown away.

All the flaming arrows that came whizzing through the trees,
All the faded glory of my frogurt fantasies,
All the trials I endured away from prying eyes.
Flaming arrows! One more redshirt dies.

Nikki and poor Paolo got the short end of the stick.
No one ever really cared too much what made them tick.
It’s no surprise my number’s up. I guess I always knew.
I hope that Bernie somehow makes it through.

All the flaming arrows that came whizzing through the trees,
All the faded glory of my frogurt fantasies,
All the trials I endured away from prying eyes.
Flaming arrows! One more redshirt dies.
Flaming arrows! One more redshirt dies.

So good to have you back, Bilbo! And a lost parody at that. If you get a chance, check out my salute to the end of the series: That Show On Tuesday (http://www.amiright.com/parody/60s/franksinatra183.shtml). Keep 'em comin.

Thanks, Warren! Didn't mean to stay away so long. I've got a boatload of LOST songs so I might post a few more here... Off to read yours!

Bilbopooh - I so remember this as I do most of Lost. I can't get enough of Lost parodies. I hope you continue to write them. I may take a stab or two at a few more myself. Hey - what's up with Hurley and Libby? Ttey were totally mant for each other. She saw his inner beauty. He was one of the best characters. Wasn't Bernie married to the black lady whose cancer left her on the island completely healed? Seems I remember them toward the end. It was Locke's smoking habit that I believe did them it. Am I correct on this? I can't seem to remember at this point. Anyway, Locke's alter really smoked a lot of folks. Another fine Lost write. Love it!

Thanks, Guy! I hope you write more LOST songs too! I'll definitely be reading! :) Yes, I loved the Hurley and Libby pairing. Very sweet. Frogurt, man... He was just rude! And Rose and Bernard actually managed to not get Smoked, thanks to Desmond. Evidently they continued to enjoy a happy retirement on the Island, which was quite a relief to me!
