The Lyrics

Sing, (Start in to sing, you’ll have to swing,)
Then, you’ll swing, (Start in to sing, you’ll have to swing,)
That fun show is bound to get you,

Oh, (Turn on the heat, then beat your feet,)
Don’t go slow, (Turn on the heat, then beat your feet,)
That fun show is bound to get you,

Fun show, fun show, fun show, fun show, fun show…mmm...

(female vocal)

AFV,
Start in to watch, then soon, you’ll be watching,
AFV,
Turn on the heat, your feet will keep beating,

One, two, three,
Made by Vin Di Bona, (dee-de-oh!)
On TV,
It’s the show that’s putting the world on its feet,

AFV,
Once you tune in, you have to give in to
AFV,
Get on your toes, ‘cause everyone knows that

If you’re not a dunce,
Oh, you’ll catch on at once,
Well, Alfonso’s on TV,
Let’s watch AFV!

(vocal trio)

AFV,
Start in to watch, then soon, you’ll be watching,
AFV,
Turn on the heat, your feet will keep beating,

One, two, three,
Made by Vin Di Bona, (doo-doo-do-doo!)
On TV,
It’s the show that’s putting the world on its feet,

AFV,
Once you tune in, you have to give in to
AFV,
Get on your toes, ‘cause everyone knows that

If you’re not a dunce,
You’ll catch on at once,
Alfonso’s on TV,
Let’s watch AFV, whoa!

AFV,
(instrumental call-back)
AFV,
(instrumental call-back)

One, two, three,
Made by Vin Di Bona, (doo-doo-do-doo!)
On TV,
It’s the show that’s putting the world on its feet,

(instrumental call-back)

If you’re not a dunce,
You’ll catch on at once,

Hey KingOfTards, G&GBF, or whatever you’re calling yourself these days, I thought you said no songs written after the ‘30s were even worth your consideration, yet I saw you used one the other day. Apparently even you realized how bad it sucked ‘cuz you didn’t even bother to steal any of my old comments as per usual. As for today’s lame submission, you can stick whatever name and title you want on there, but as soon as anybody opens it and sees the first line, they know it’s George&GermaineBriantFan’s ‘tard tune. I get it, I’d be ashamed too if that’s pretty much all I could offer a board full of clever, inventive writers.

Thanks for your comment The Real Phil Ossifer. I always appreciate your feeback

^^^^^Once again, to no one's surprise, you copy/pasted this from yet another one of your paltry "parodies" 'cuz you seem to think having other people's comments will make you seem relevant. That will never happen in your lifetime because you've shown yourself to be a shallow, brainless hack too many times to count. Oh, still waiting on an answer regarding how your non-reunion with the Briants went.

Wow, I'm doubly blessed. You appreciate my "feeback" as well as my feedback. Darrrrrrrrr. BTW, are you having Sux@AmIRight do all your responses now?

Do you have the real parody you cited? It sounded good.

Thanks The Guy G&GBF Copies Almost Every Day and Glenn Walker for your feedback. I am appreciating all the feedback I am getting!
CML - July 15, 2024 - Report this comment
To Glenn, the OS is probably "Rhythm Steps" by Herbie Kaye, I do believe (or don't believe, as if it matters) Herbie is a minor talent from about 90 years ago that nobody here had ever heard of .. and yet this person has pushed this one song innumerable times, even as we politely and (then not so politely) have asked him to stop or, at the very least, to parody a song that SOMEBODY here recognizes. But he doesn't
The Real Phil Ossifer - July 15, 2024 - Report this comment
I’ll be far less kind than CML: The guy who posts this and other minor variations is a mental midget who literally lacks the ability to create anything new. He basically takes the same song, changes a few words (mostly the “subject” of the parody, such as public radio, sugar-free cake etc) but leaves everything else the same. I truly believe we wants to be considered “creative” because he’s somehow allowed to hyper-post what the rest of us consider garbage on a forum where most others pride themselves on their wit and wordplay, but in reality, when you insist on trying to use an IQ of 80 to make a +/- 100 year old song humorous, you’re just being delusional.
America's Funniest Home Videos - July 15, 2024 - Report this comment
It’s important to comprehend the greatness and importance of a +/- 100 year old song because honestly, no one else knew about the existence of this song beforehand and neither did we. Also since I can’t think of sentences to write anymore, you will not see me writing any further commentaries and I am too lazy to copy/paste your stuff anymore. I don’t know how to respond to your questions because I can’t think of any words. The great thing for me is I have a variety of alternative names to use when I carpet bomb the board with stupidity, so my actual name (George&GermaineBriantFan) remains unsullied. Simple as the day is long…
The Real Phil Ossifer - July 15, 2024 - Report this comment
GeorgeAndGermaineBriantFan, have I mentioned that it’s blazingly obvious you’re stupid AF? You obviously posted it before I commented. From reading responses since you joined, it's virtually undeniable that nobody on here besides you cares about geezer gals (or music) from +/- a century ago. If this kind of crap matters that much to you, why not own it instead of posting it under other people's names? I'm guessing it's your inability to admit the world has moved on, and you can't. Does your comment suggest that the most complimentary comment I can hope to see is none at all? Maybe you could take some time off from your important duties and relax with a couple weeks of NPR pledge drives while contemplating the greatness of the color beige, dull-on-the-dole. And if you don't like my comments, use your own name to submit your garbage.

^^^^More copy/pasting from the King of 'Tards aka George&GermaineBriantFan. Most people try to hide any deficiencies they might have, but G&GBF lives to showcase his stupidity. Question: Looking at my late summer-early fall social calendar - will you be doing a "reprise" of your Sue Isside I & II extravaganzas? In the first one, you kinda limited yourself by relying solely on pool-cleaning chemicals. The 2nd attempt implied you were at least "studying" other methods (12?) although you failed to do the one thing that would make most people happy. Just curious.
