Linda, I'm not sure what lyrics you used to make this but your choruses are incorrect compared to the original and the PoP CD and some of the lines are off on syllable counts considerably ( all have 16 except the last line of the "triple repeat" choruses have 18 ). This is very poorly written, very poorly paced, not funny in the slightest, and a ridiculous misrepresentation -- being a Bushie, you probably don't like words that big, so I'll change it to "damned lie" -- of what the Democratic Party represents. OK, here it is...I am a Registered member of the Democratic Party in California...so, according to the "Book of Linda" that makes me what? I think you state your ideas very well, I'm not talking about pacing or spelling, we've all made mistakes there. I haven't been reading parodies, but I can't help but read some of yours. Your line about blaming Bush is so true. I don't really think abortion should be a political issue, but it has become one. See what William Tong is missing by not allowing comments?

A lecture on Morals from the party that is bringing you Janine Piro? How do you spin Mr. Piro's actions after what you right-wing fascists have said about the last great president - Bill Clinton? Oh, by the way, Piro is pro-choice and pro-gay rights - as Mr. Alexander so eloquently put it: "the hypocrisy contained within is staggering". Seriously, how do you fascists live with yourselves? How is it that you are able to look yourself in the mirror every morning? Have you read the Bill of Rights? By the way, we don't think Saddam should be set free, we just don't think that there was any reason to invade that country to begin with. Talk about the party of killing - how many innocent lives have been lost to this unjust war? How many innocent people have been maimed because of this unjust war? We're coming up to the 4th Anniversary of 9/11 - what has your president done for me? He addressed the nation shortly after 9/11 (although it took some time for him to make an appearance in New York) and vowed to get Osama. So, where is he? We wouldn't be in this mess if the guy who really won in 2000 was allowed to take his duly elected right as President. By the way, legalizing drugs is a conservative argument - ask William Buckley.

But I need to add: If the Democrats are the pro-drug legalization Party, how come Mr. I Didn't Inhale -- you remember, The Last President -- didn't try to get them legalized during two years of the most liberal Congress in a generation? This is why: The Democrats are not for decriminalization. So what's our platform? It is this: One nation -- under God, if you must say it -- indivisible, with liberty and justice FOR ALL. All means all. That's the platform. Everything else, every stand on every specific issue, is just details. We can disagree about the means, as many honest Republicans do -- would that they were a majority of their own Party. But if you violate that platform, then this is not the country for you. There was a country for Linda once, but we beat them in 1945.

The Bill of Rights would become the Bill or Right or more commonly referred to as "The Second Amendment". By the way, I'd like to thank the ACLU for being one of the biggest contributors to the protection of the Bill of Rights. (I'd like to think of it as the "Bible" for this country.) Iran-contra and the various crimes of the various Bushes don't bother her either. And, just for the hell of it, here's how the Merriam-Webster Dictionary (www.m-w.com) defines "fascism": 1 (often capitalized): a political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition; 2: a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control. Sure sounds like Nixon, Reagan and the Bushes to me!

However, there are amiright authors who seemingly do not write political parodies but still have very strong opinions on political parodies. Those with the same mindset as your own, who have actually given you 5’s for some of your political parodies, (even some that are down write terrible), and one’s for mine. I hardly think that is a fair judging arena, what do your think? Since you seem to be a regular here and have written hundreds of parodies, (and I have just started out), one would think you could come up a judging system that was fair. If you cannot do that, I am still game. See Michael, I do not build my esteem around the opinions of others from a web site nor do I get so personally offended as you seem to get when someone does not subscribe to your political views. Therefore, I am surely not afraid of a challenge in which my song or I may not be cherished, but I do have some sporting blood. So, let the game begin! I will have to say that I support most of the "baby killing" that Linda writes about. I have changed my mind on this over the past 5 months after listening to the most IDIODIC Democratic Party since Lyndon Johnson was President! Mostly, not all, but mostly liberals abort their babies. If they didn't, most of those poor innocent souls would be raised as liberals being brain washed and given the disease that afflicts most of the left-wing nuts in the Democratic Party today. That disease is liberalism! Anyway, now I support their abortions. They are doing those poor babies a favor and in the long run they will continue to keep the Democratic party smaller than the Republican party. Now don't get me wrong, Republicans have their own things I take issue with, but at least I can sleep more peacefully at night knowing President Bush is at the wheel keeping us safe. So you wacko liberals, keep on aborting your poor babies and sending them to heaven. You'll answer for it someday and again you're saving them from a life time of mental illness known as liberalism!
