The Lyrics

In this parody I am using an old early morning children's show to portray the circus nature of the Anthony family in court. Here is information on the original show: THE NEW ZOO REVUE was to the 70’s, and even the 80’s, what BARNEY was to the 90’s. It was a children’s show with lots of characters dancing around in costumes. There was Henrietta Hippo, Charlie the Owl, and Freddie the Frog. The humans interacting with them were Doug and Emmy Joe. Sometimes, the mailman would stop by. The show ran 196 episodes from 1972 to 1977. Reruns ran throughout the 80’s as well. One of my stations aired it every morning at 6 a.m. in the 80’s. The two hosts of it Doug (Doug Momary) and Emmy Joe (Emily Peden) were married, and still are to this day.
[Verdicts Everyone]

No-No-No-Yes-Yes-Yes-Yes, No-No-No-Yes-Yes-Yes-Yes

It’s the Court Room Revue, coming straight at you...
Where three deceitful criminals had fun with what the prosecution could not prove!

We learned with our friend Jose (our friend Jose!)
And his helper Cheney Mason (Cheney Mason!)

With Casey!
George!
Cindy!

We had fun NOT learning what we don't know!

Deceitful and lyin’ was Cindy Anthony
Very angry and sometimes cryin’ was George Anthony (Whoa!)
“Bella Vita” with lots of parties, Casey Anthony

Unusual since the trial begun, the criminals lied and swung…(the jury)
With Jose and Cheney Mason, every day was a media show!

It’s the Court Room Revue, coming straight at you...
It’s the Court Room Revue, coming straight at you!

The 3 NOs and 4 YES' in the beginning are the counts. 3 Not Guilty on major charges of murder, manslaughter, and child neglect and 4 Guilty on the lesser charges of lying to the Cops.

The victory is NOT for the US justice system- that it works- but for the historical reality that the best lawyers WIN in America. Jose Baez threw everyone off when he did opening statements and told the shocked court and viewers that Caylee was in fact dead- accidentally drowned in the family pool. It was a spectacular lie and it threw the entire defense off, which never recovered. It cast doubt from the beginning and yet that lie was NEVER proven in court. Casey at the very least should have gotten child neglect, proven by her 31 day silence and partying while her daughter was supposedly missing. Then the Zanny-Nanny lie and the duct-tape on Caylee's head that covered her mouth, nose, and eyes. Grandmother also lied for her daughter on the Chloroform PC searches, and dad George (although an angry POS) was accused of being a child molester along with Lee, Casey's brother. It was amazing how far the defense went to invent this fantasy that got a murderess off.
