She tried to hide 'em in the bag of hot biscuits and corn
But I knew she'd brought 'em just as sure as I was born
I smelled something pleasant not like those refried beans
And I knew I had to have some spiced chicken wings

Seems I can always smell 'em whenever they are near
I think I only had eight thousand of them last year
They've helped me fill my figure out, we make a real good team
I don't think I could ever part with spiced chicken wings

Some like 'em drowned in honey or thrown onto the grill
And some like 'em deboned for serving 'em with veal
And with fries I bet they're eaten even more than onion rings
But I will only eat 'em if they're spiced chicken wings

I've tried every dish and even slurped every stew
I've tried deep fried but still one thought remained when I was through
Though I know there are folks who would prefer some of these things
To impress me just serve more of those spiced chicken wings

I don't mind being called baby when I don't have my way
I know there's a few more names you could think of to say
And I know you try to cut me down and treat me real mean
Say what you want just bring me more spiced chicken wings

Like a big hot air balloon my weight just wants to climb
But I just keep on eating, it's some kind of crime
If ever we're out then I'm gonna scream
