The Dementor went down to Hogwarts
He was looking for a soul to steal
He was in a bind cause he was way behind
And he was willing to make a deal
When he came across this Wizard
Sawing on a Wand and firing spells
And the Dementor jumped up on a Gargoyle
And said, "Wizard" let me tell you what
I guess you didn't know it
But I'm a Dementor not like you
And if you'd care to take a dare
I'll make a bet with you
Now you shoot pretty good spells wizard
But give the Dementor his due
I bet a Wand of gold against your soul
Cause I think I'm better than you
The boy said "My name's Harry
And it might be a sin
But I'll take you bet, your gonna regret
Cause I'm the best that's ever been"
Harry rosin up your Wand
And fire spells hard
Cause Azkaban broke loose in Hog warts
And the Dementor deals the cards

You get this shiny wand made of gold

For 11 years old, a fine effort, and an intriguing title.

Being 11 (as opposed to being 30 going on 11, as many of us are), I can't be too harsh. It was a good idea, and there are plenty of Harry Potter songs on this site that aren't as good as this. But you used too many of the original words. Check out some of the other DWDTG parodies and you'll see the basic tenor of the song can be kept with a few minor changes. For an 11-year-old (about the age I was when I wrote "Rudolph the Blue-Chip Halfback"), this was a four. For an adult, it would be a two at best.
Brilliant what kind of 11 year old would think words up like that for that song i gave it a 5.I think that even snape would have given you a top rating!There was only two problems dementors don't talk and they don't use wands.You should have used He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named instead of a dementor.
Max it's Voldemort don't fear to speak his name. He can't hurt you Voldemort: Crucio Off maybe he can, good job but dementors don't do spells, however keep it up as you grow older your skills will improve.
Maybe you could follow it up with one about Harry's Quidditch exploits to the tune of 'Uneasy Rider'?
