The Lyrics

Subtitle: Udder Nonsense
I think I'll go for a chicken sandwich
The buttered bun’s callin’ my name
(I hear it now)
I just can’t quite avoid the fray
I gotta go in and see what it’s like today
Everybody’s hugging
Chick-fil-A
Everybody’s kissing
Chick-fil-A
Everybody seems so happy and gay
Down at Chick-fil-A

I think I’ll study the menu closely now
The counter clerk knows me by name, he’s callin’ me
I gotta get served, gotta get served, gotta make my way
I love Chick-fil-A, Chick-fil-A, Chick-fil-A, Chick-fil-A
I love Chick-fil-A.

Well, I’m in a long line
But I’m glad that I came
Share a boy-cot? Guess that I’m game!

Oh, I think I’ll witness the flock everyday now
Ol’ Truett’s son has shown me the way, (to be happy now)
I just can’t stay at home and lay
I gotta get out and watch all the sheep go astray
Everybody's gropin’
That’s ok
Everybody’s strokin’
Come what may
Someone over there takes his all the way
Down at Chick-fil-A

Well, their food is divine
But their policy’s lame
Sexuality isn’t a game

I think I'll just take a walk away now
Oh, Chick-fil-A, what you became, it bothers me
You just want to blindly obey
Archaic rules from back in the olden day
Sorry I’m not buyin’
Chick-fil-A
When you want gays denyin’
Chick-fil-A
Just like Gaga says, they’re born this way
We’ll see you Chick-fil-A.

Sorry I’m not buyin’
Chick-fil-A
When you want gays denyin’
Chick-fil-A…

Love it!

A Chick-fil-A in Santa Barbara had a store expansion in the works for months. A city board suddenly decided not to approve it. One member even cited political reasons for the decision. A decision that was unanimously approved in favor of C-f-A just weeks ago. The mayor finally had to step in and override the communists on the board. America has areas (Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Santa Barbera) where The Fundamental Tranformation is advancing. Heil Obama!

As a positively goofy Brady Bunch fan I give this a "neato!" (I'd still eat at Chick-fil-A, though.)

Loved it! I could care less about the politics. I come here for a good laugh and I certainly got one!

I supported the August 1 pro-freedom-of-speech buy-in but not the August 3 kiss-in. Nevertheless, this is a high-quality parody for your cause. But Chick-fil-A has no "policy" opposing gays, only the opinion of one high exec against gay marriage. I chuckled at some double-entendre's, e.g., "boy-cot" and "stay at home and lay."

Like most "news" of this sort, it's a F'ing mountain out of an F'ing molehill. Good parody, BTW.
