The Lyrics

I have seen too much right-wing political propaganda posted to this site by people trying to influence potential voters. This trend illustrates how conservative bloggers have moved to other media to push their baseless and biased opinions. This parody serves as a reminder...
Don't you be that dumb
Believe that written scum
Professors don't heed the blogger
Nor does anyone with an IQ over 60
We can be like they are

Come on baby
Don't heed the blogger
Propagandist crap
Don't heed the blogger
It's a bunch of lies
Don't heed the blogger
Put out by The Man

Karl Rove's kingdom
Fills the net with dung
"Reagan and the Bushes
Greatest leaders in our history"
Reagan and the Bushes

40,000 stories out there everyday
'Bout Reagan and the Bushes
40,000 stories out there everyday
Just like the Nazis
Another 40,000 coming everyday
Don't you believe their fiction

Come on baby
Don't heed the blogger
Propagandist crap
Don't heed the blogger
It's a bunch of lies
Don't heed the blogger
Put out by The Man

Election's coming soon
Conservative buffoons
Log in from their parents' basements
And point fingers at the competent ones
They go to myspace.com and they spread deceit
Go to Wikipedia and then they repeat
Go to amiright.com and spread deceit
Saying read my words

Come on baby
If we do not heed
And we ignore them
Then they will start to cry
They cannot share what they malign
We can avoid deception
We can decide for ourselves
We can avoid deception

Come on baby Don't heed the blogger

You do realize of course, that said bloggers may also turn on you and convince others that you're unAmerican right?
Truth - July 20, 2006 - Report this comment
The people that said bloggers convince that I am un-American obviously cannot think for themselves and fall into the category of people with IQs under 60. The idea of being American is being able to express oneself, not being influenced by the ideas of others.

Some pacing issues (granted this is a tough OS to nail) but good parody none the less.
