The Lyrics

Captain's Log, stardate 1973.5: We have entered the AmIRight system once again on a mission to add another Star Trek parody. This is not our first such mission, but we go with confidence knowing that we have succeeded before. Will the members of this system enjoy the parody? We can only hope so.
You step onto the Enterprise,
It’s what you’ve always yearned.
Your contributions to mankind
Shall be tenfold returned.
The mission will continue on,
Exploring strange new worlds.
Life will be sought, you’ll boldly go,
Secrets will come unfurled.

Nobody will ever let you know
If Picard or Kirk’s the best.
They just tell you that you’re on your own.
Fill the blanks with all the rest.

The Klingons, Borg, and Romulans,
They want to see you burn.
The Prime Directive governs you,
It tells you where to turn.
You’re wishing that the Neutral Zone
Could hold for one more day,
And you don’t care if the red shirts
Can’t get back on their way.

Nobody will ever let you know
If Picard or Kirk’s the best.
They just tell you that you’re on your own.
Fill the blanks with all the rest.
You Trekkers!

[guitar solo]

Where will you go to?
What else will you do?
Plotting your headings,
Will you find a clue?
Dilithium crystals
Get you going fast,
But when they run out,
How long will you last?

Everyone around you,
Why’d they come along?
God knows as the Cap knows
If it’s right or wrong.
Star Trek, bloody Star Trek,
There’s lots more to do.
Living for exploring,
Explore all of you.

This is so logical. After all the chintzy 'sequel' series and such the gist and the true spirit of Gene Rodenberry's creation lives on in your parody.

Star Trek TOS was the best IMHO. Just take a look at the new God-awful ST Discovery! A pathetic dumpster fire of a show.. Seth MacFarlane's rival comedic The Orville is the new Star Trek. Oh, and CBS sucks! F' their All-Access.

Those new ST movies are garbage. Spock in 'requisite love' with Uhura, oh WTH. That crap from the past few years totally deviates from it all. DS-9 was good for the first 2-3 seasons then it lost focus. Voyager was FUBAR. There was the ST: Enterprise starring Scott Baluka on the WB, I didn't even bother with that one. ST:THG was good but the last season was getting like a soap opera and there was PC and New Age elements creeping into it as it went on. TOS has the most fun and mischief. And those starship girls in their starship duty uniforms!
