I'm sorry man. That was absolutly terrible.

I hate to ask you this, but have you ever heard the song Iron Man? Ozzy in '78 could not have screwed up this song any worse than you
Agrimorfee - December 08, 2003 - Report this comment
The worst parody that Weird Al ever wrote IMHO is "Ode to a Superhero" aka "Spider Man" (parody of "Piano Man"). You just beat that.

Can I vote 0,0,0?
Poodle Bites, Poodle Chewses - December 08, 2003 - Report this comment
Yeah, this was pretty awful.
Johhny Bad Note - December 08, 2003 - Report this comment
No, Gabba. The lowest you can vote is 1,1,1. It is possible, however, to not vote at all; this can be equated with "0".

I don't know the original song myself, but is the pacing really way off?

C'mon Johny, you never heard Iron Man? What have you been doing living under a rock? It's one of the greatest guitar riffs of all time. As recognizable as 'Smoke on the Water'. Sorry man, that just blew my mind. Anyway, yes this parody is the most half-assed attempt anyone has done here for a long time. It's kind of like when a three year old draws a picture with his crayins. When he's all done he's so proud of himself and his work. Of course when he shows it to you, you scratch your head and try to make out what the hell it is. This parody gives me that same feeling.

I couldn't believe it when I read it-this one did suck. I can tell by your track record that this is not the first time. It does, in fact, seem as if you've never heard the song before. This could have been a lot better than it was, try getting the actual lyrics down first next time. Do what I do with all my parodies-get the original lyrics, write the parody, and play the original while overdubbing the parody lyrics into it. That's how my pacing is so good (though there are some corrupt voters on this site who might disagree).

I only have one thing to say about these comments, and that is that these comments are the MINIMUM that these people deserve for disgracing such a great song. 1-1-1, and if there were 0s, I would vote that immediately.

Tony Iommi: Ozzy in '78 could not have screwed up this song any worse than you. Green Bloodied Hound Dogs, Ozzy TODAY could not have screwed that one up any worse than you. I would rather hear a modern-day Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne duet over this crappy parody, and the same can be said about your other atrocities, such as that Green Acres parody, as well as the Beverly Hillbillies. And I must also say that your Joy to the World parody was also brutally awful, and so were many others. I may be harsh, but so was the incredibly hilarious "Oh Mr. T" by Claude Prez. Truth hurts guys.
