I thought this parady was beyond tasteless. Bruce like many other Americans needs to get a life and get over what happened 3 years ago. Why doesn't he focus on what's going on in the U.S. the rapes, the murders, the gangs, the prostitution, homelessness and diseases among many other things than sit around for hours trying to come up with lyrics to parady a song on Middle Easterners. "BUT YOU ALL ARE DUMB ASSESTO ME..."
We've had rapes, murders, gangs, protitution, homelessness and diseases as long as anyone can remember. 9/11 is still something new and three years ago, as you say is like yesterday to us. Would you tell a grieving mother to get over a child's death in this amount of time? Get real Paki and if you don't like our freedom of speech go back where you came from. Unlike the oppressive regimes that are so common in your part of the world no one is keeping you here.
Pakies? Reminds me of the SNL news where they said "Bush called the Pakistanis "Pakies", so as a precaution they cancelled his trip to Nigeria." This one was funny too...
What most of these people don't realize is that Saddam and Osama would be mortal enemies. This parody says "You all look like Iraqis to me." Saying that is just like saying French and German people are exactly the same, as well as British people, Spiniards, Portuguese people, and Italians. Are they? Saddam Hussein is barely religious. He tries to convince people he is just so that he can get people on his side, while Osama bin Laden is a religious fanatic Shiite. Last time I recall Saddam is a "Sunni" who hated, tortured, and killed the Shiite Kurds. Osama isn't too happy with barely religious people or people of no religion. In fact I think he was committed to destroying the Soviet Union because it was atheist.

The comments here suprised me. I thought the parody author was completely making fun of the 'bloodthirsty conservative yokel from Alabama' stereotype. It's completely sarcastic! Um..........right? Because I've never met anyone who actually thinks like that, over the age of 15. On the other hand, I haven't met many people over the age of 15 at all. Hmmm. It's a hilarious exaggeration if it's tounge-in-cheek, but so stupid it's not funny if it's serious....though the last time I saw a political parody that was actually funny, I don't remember.

Yes, it was a send-up, an exageration and very tongue-in-cheek. Unfortunately it's turned out to be a bit prophetic as well- thousands of lives later there is no freedom, followers of the same religion are again split over sectarian differences and power while ignoring the central tenet of their faith. A great democracy is dismantled in the name of forming a new democracy in a land far away. To what end?
