The Lyrics

First thing I thought when Biden dropped out of his re-election bid: "We are so VERY..." well, you can guess the last word. But, seeing how well Kamala Harris has done in his stead and how nervous Donald Trump MUST be getting, maybe it wasn't such a bad idea after all? Normally, I would write a parody for each candidate after they are nominated properly. Since we thought it was gonna be a re-match, I though of doing just ONE. Now that it ain't...ah, hell, I'll do just one anyway. Share and Enjoy!
Joe Biden worked in D.C. for four years
Back when his age wasn't a case
(Then) Nancy Pelosi kicked his door down in tears
And said, "Joe, you must drop out of the race!
"Because if you don't, that Donald Trump will soon be back-ack-ack-ack-ack-ack!
"You gotta go right now!
"We'll find someone who can bring 'blue' back
"From when your mind just went into space."

Joe said, "Just 'cause of that debate?
"You think Don will start a rout?!
"Nancy, if you don't trust me
"Then I'm...droppin' out!

"I'm droppin' out! Oh, yeah!
"Harris, now you're up!
Damn you, time!"

Kamala Harris was chillin' as Veep
Breakin' more Senate ties than ever
But when the news about the POTUS reached her side of the street
She had to boost up all her clever
But then Joe told her, "Kamala, woman, I have your back-ack-ack-ack-ack-ack!
"You gotta run right now!"
When Charlie CXC called her "brat"
She kick-started her big endeavor

Saying, "Ev'ryone still loves Joe
"But his grey matter's in doubt
"I will pick up where he left
"'Cause Joe's...droppin' out."

"Joe's droppin' out. So sorry.
"Hey, Trump, here I come!
"Tell your friends."

Now she's going up against a crazy con-con-con-con-con-con
Who's not in jail by now.
He should hold all his rallies indoors for now
You could say the last one was "ear-y"

Don says, "Joe was the worst POTUS!
"Kamala's worse without a doubt!
"Good luck, DNCs,
"Since Joe's...droppin' out!

"Not droppin' out! No way!
"Pardon's written down
"I have won!"

(sound of vintage car roaring away from White House)

Joe's droppin' out!

I'm having a real problem here. I can't endorse the point you're trying to make, but I firmly believe that the purpose of the comments section is to comment on the parody itself, and the subject matter is a discussion for a different forum. But I'll admit that the parody itself is amazing! I rated it 555. The OS was well selected for the approach you took. I found myself enjoying it, notwithstanding it had no effect on my points of view. Well done, and thank you for writing and submitting it.
