The Lyrics

I know I said I'd be leaving this place for a while, but I'd been struggling to get a good idea for the OS here, and it came to me not too long ago. Besides, it's been a while since me - possibly anyone else - did a Harry Potter parody, so here it is. Enjoy the parody! DKTOS?
What really happened that night?
His name is all over the town!
His reputation is sweeping the nation,
This kid could bring Voldemort down!

He lives with his uncle and aunt,
They try to get in his head,
His overweight cousin like a paper wasp’s buzzin’,
Could there be some relief from this dread?

Privet Drive,
Privet Drive,
Here he hides,
Privet Drive!

One day, he looked in the mail,
And Hogwarts was takin’ him in.
He had reservations about graduation,
But he found himself with good kin.

What would he do to survive?
What would he have to defuse?
Anticipation of constant castration,
Could it be that he had much to lose?

Privet Drive,
Privet Drive,
Here he hides,
Privet Drive!

[guitar solo]

What happened those seven years?
His name is all over the school!
His reputation’s sweeping the nation,
His parents sure ain’t raised no fool!

The Dark Lord has risen again,
He wants The Boy Who Lived dead!
There’s no tryin’ to reason with him any season,
Could it be that he’s woven the thread?

Privet Drive,
Privet Drive,
Here he hides,
Privet Drive!
