The Lyrics

I've paid my dues
Crime after crime
I have been sentenced
To do 40 years' time
Police mistakes
They've made a few
They tried to lock me up behind bars
But I broke through

And I'm gonna just run and run and run and run

I am a fugitive, my friends
And I'll keep on running
Till the end
I am a fugitive
I am a fugitive
No time for lawyers
'Cause I am a fugitive, of the cops

I've been seen on Cops
And Court TV
This goes to John Walsh, cops,
And everyone that wants me dead
I'll make you see
That it's been no bed of roses
No pleasure cruise
I consider it a challenge just
Hiding my face
And I ain't gonna lose

And I'm gonna just run and run and run and run

I am a fugitive, my friends
And I'll keep on running
Till the end
I am a fugitive
I am a fugitive
No time for lawyers
'Cause I am a fugitive, of the cops

I am a fugitive, my friends
And I'll keep on running
Till the end
I am a fugitive
I am a fugitive
No time for lawyers
'Cause I am a fugitive

The original performer is Queen, right?

Yeah, it is. What's with this "leaving the artist field blank" business? I think ChuckyG should make it a required field on the submission form (IOW, not allow null values in that field). Null artist names can lead to confusion and things like that. If you don't know the original performer, you can either write "Unknown" or look it up on a search engine, but don't leave it blank!

I did put the name of the artist there; no telling why it didn't show up. Yes, it was Queen.
