I feel witty,

With ev'ry song parody I write!
And I pity,
Straight writers of the world tonight!

It's alarming!
Rhymes are forming!
Songs are coming alive with great zeal!
They're so witty,
That they're sure to have a mass appeal!

Rhymes are amassing with such ease and care,
I found words to rhyme with "squeegee"!
Words for "fireplace",
Words for "acquiesce"
Words for "camomile"
Words for "simile"!

Sex I'm shunning,
No advancing,
If I anger old Chuck, good ol' boy!

Ok, Jude, the happy juxtaposition of the fates (and our parodies) has brought your work to my attention. I LOVE show music so I guess I have some catching up to do! Love this one! I, too, get an ego boost from my own work. To steal a term from AussieBullDog: FIGJAM! :D
