The Chicoms are actively pursuing what they call the "Assassin's Mace" plan of attack against the US in the next few years. This is both a civilian and military project. The first part involves industrial espionage, cyber warfare, and eventually replacing the US dollar with the Yuan as the world's reserve currency. The second part is bringing down the Internet, blocking global communications, using ASATs and blinding lasers to take out US space targets, using advanced ASBMs to kill carriers, fight F-22s and 35s with J-20s and new stealth JXM fighters, deploy Supersoldiers (genetically modified), tactical land based laser weaponry, and EMCS. The goal is to defeat the US and West monetarily and then take Taiwan to force a showdown which will deploy ASBMs and move to all out conflict. Chinese Yuan-Class SSKs and PLA plus PLAF will strike Japan, S Korea with aid of N Korea, and other Asian nations. Assassin's Mace is funded by hundreds of billions of dollars covering 10,000 programs. On the surface, China is a frenemy that acts like it is partially cooperating with the US and the West but is not on our side. We should take them seriously as they have over 1.3 billion people working on generation leaps in military technology and cyber warfare.
