"They Had to Set Him Free"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Some guys love to fool around
Love to fondle every kid they see
But this time, proof just wasn't found
And you know they had to set him free

Me oh my, lucky guy is what he is
It helps that he's in showbiz
Otherwise, he's in the can

Some moms let sons sleep around
They don't care as long as they can sue
But this mom made the jury frown
Made them see just what they had to do

Me oh my, lucky guy is what he is
It helps that he's in showbiz
Otherwise, he's in the can

Ba ba ba ba ba ba ba
Ba ba ba ba ba ba ba
ba ba ba ba ba ba ba
Ba ba ba ba ba ba ba

Some guys love to run around
Love to fondle every kid they see
But this time, proof just wasn't found
So, you know they had to set him
Yeah, they had to set him
You know they had to set him free

ba ba ba ba ba ba ba
Ah you know they had to set him free
Ba ba ba ba ba ba ba
Ah you know they had to set him free
Ba ba ba ba ba ba ba
Ah you know they had to set him free

I wonder how many of us are shelving our half-finished "Jacko-in-the-clink" parodies at the minute - well done for having this one ready Rick - 555

Thanks Arwen, Alvin, Stuart, John, Paul, George, Ringo and AFW. <> Stuart, I didn't really have it ready. This is one of those that pops into your head and takes 10 minutes to write.

Well done, I'd suggest trying something new with that last verse instead of repeating the first verse (even though it matches the OS). Minor detail...I enjoyed the song.

Well, I for one don't have any "Jacko in Jail" parodies that won't see the light of day. I knew he'd get off. Uh, perhaps I should rephrase that...

Thanks Jeff. You're right and, I usually do change the choruses for variety, don't know why I didn't here. Thanks MP.
