"Crap! In the Name of Film!"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

I hear Diana Ross walked out of the first screening of "Dreamgirls." Can't say I blame her.
Crap! In the name of film!
Please, God, don't make me watch!

Thought the musical was fair
Back in New York--
Now I feel like a dork--
I know Beyonce can't act;
Knowing it doesn't change the fact!

So I'm asking why I paid nine bucks
To see a film that sucks?

(Make it o-over…) Half the songs were good, it's true…
(Make it o-over…) Maybe they'll make "Dreamgirls II"?

Crap! In the name of film!
Please, God, don't make me watch!
Crap! In the name of film!
Please, God, don't make me watch!

Make it o-over…
Make it o-over…

Here's Eddie Murph'
Acting like a chump
I'd rather see him
Playing Gramma Klump!
And when I hear
Ms. Hudson--
Good God, put my iPod earbuds in!

So next time with all these Oscar picks
I'll catch them on NetFlix!

(Think it o-over…) Haven't I worked hard for bread?
(Think it o-over…) Could've rented "Showgirls" instead!!!

Crap! In the name of film!
Please, God, don't make me watch!
Crap! In the name of film!
Please, God, don't make me watch!

Make it o-over…
Make it o-over…

I tried so hard, hard to be patient,
Hoping I'd like this interpretation;
But seeing Foxx's bad processed hairdo,
To pay this much I was really not prepared to!

Crap! In the name of film!
Please, God, don't make me watch!
Crap! In the name of film!
Please, God, don't make me watch!
Crap! In the name of film!
Please, God, don't make me watch!

Eddie, make it over…
Make it over, Jamie…
Ooh, make it over, Jenny…

"So I'm asking why I paid nine bucks/To see a film that sucks?"; it's not just the movies that suck anymore: dealing with idiots answering cell phones, sticky floors and horrifically overpriced concessions are why I rarely see movies in theatre anymore. Fun stuff here though, Bob.

If someone's answering a cellphone, Red Ant, just tell 'em politely to stop. If they don't, then punch out their lights! As for the concessions, you can probably manage without. If not, then sneak your own stuff into the theater, making sure that they won't catch it. However, that second one may be illegal.

You all suck, this movie was excellent. I bet you haven't seen it, Bob. Idiot.
