Remember Jared Fogle and the Subway diet? Although promoted as "Where Winners Eat" the diet vs McDonald's proves that the claims are misleading. Subway on average is about 955 calories vs 1038 for McDonald's. Salt is 2.1 grams vs 1.8 grams for McDonald's. And mass consumption of footlongs does not cause weight loss as evidenced by obesity reviews in every nation that has Subway restaurants, by region. People were actually fatter near Subway restaurants , consuming their products.

Watching shows like "My 600 Pound Life " proves consumption of Subway isn't much healthier than McDonald's when eaten in bulk amounts. Just one meal of Subway or McDonald's is nearly half of a normal 2000 calorie a day diet,

Oooh, Subway! This one makes me hungry. Then I realize I shouldn't touch it with a foot-long. Of course I'm referring to a wooden ruler. No one who knows me would think I was referring to anything else.
