The Lyrics

Psionics (associated with astral projection, remote viewing, and other parascientific research ) goes back to the USSR in the 1920s. Soviet parapsychology efforts were disbanded by Stalin in 1937. It was picked up by Nazi Germany for mind control techniques, and remote viewing to understand enemy military activity. The Ahnenerbe also practiced this activity with Thule and Vril, accurately predicting build ups that led to Hitler's Barbarossa attack on the USSR. However, the latter defeat outcome was not foreseen. The US and Britain experimented with magicians and clairvoyants for the same thing. In 1945 the Allies discovered the Doktor Gruenbaum Project, but discounted the German paranormal research... only to pick it back up once it became known that the Soviets were spending 60 million rubles on remote viewing in theta state of rest to spy on the West. The US responded with Operation Stargate, with 22 remote viewers of their own to report on Soviet missle sites and subs at sea! The Soviets employed Tesla coil technology to thwart perceived hostile remote viewing. Although funding on both sides was cancelled by the late 1990s, Europe maintains that the battles and research are still going on.
Remote viewing seems unreal
But to Reds, Nazis, Brits, and Yanks appealed
Those Psion Men, SCANATE phase
Unseen locations seen DID amaze
Amazing powers! Psion Men!
Planet scoured! Psion Men!

Exploring the mind

Object, event, person, location retrieved
Doktor Gruenbaum Projekt well received
Amazing powers! Psion Men!
Tesla counters? Psion Men!!!

Tele-whatever thus refined...
SCANATE was the initial response which stood for SCANned coordiNATE

Fair Critic - March 30, 2015 - Report this comment
This should have been an opportunity to ridicule the paranormal, which would have been grist for parody. Instead, you give this misguided crap legitimacy.

Excuse me for usurping your thread, but Plumb Bob, for better or worse, shows effort and creativity. By not allowing comments, he is isolating himself from the lifeblood of AIR, which is give-and-take. If he doesn't allow comments, he's just using us as an unchallenged showcase for his work.

The author of the parody has authorized comments, and wants YOUR feedback.
