"How Do Ye Plead On Majick?"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

OK, so maybe The Lovin' Spoonful doesn't quite bring to mind witch trials, but just think along the lines of a version by Leslie Nielson. This song would be a strong candidate for a theme song, no?
How do ye plead on majick?
Work ye in 'dark arts'?
Dost thou dabble as seer
Whilst dicing pig hearts?
Confess majick
'Ere this court seeks beheading
Our Honor's quite happy
With our dunked witch testing
Pray tell us of dormant majick
In ye blackened soul
Doeth no lying be we in danger
By ye nose mole?

Do ye confess to majick
Or flying on brooms?
Do ye dance on hilltops,
Brew potions in tombs?
Our cats be missing
Ye own fat crocodile
Aye, did visit thine place
Tis why thou sits on trial
Ye been caught trapping
Of both feline and swine
Quick confess all
Dark deeds that are thine

Art thou alone in majick?
Name tutors of thee
Ye danced with the devil?
For we know twould need three
Confession
Perhaps mightst save thy life
Will judge on the morrow
Be ye set alight
Or death from hanging
Hung with sign to read
"If ye dabble in the majick
Twill be the same for thee"

Pray, do ye concede tis majick?

Now confess of thy majick
We'll pray for thy soul
Thy death is less tragic
Whilst spirit's whole
Repent of thy majick
Then twill be thine key

No practicing majick

(Dost thou believe as we believe)
Dost thou repent of magick?
(Dost thou believe as we believe)
Dost thou repent? repent it
(Dost thou believe as we believe)
Dost thou repent of magick?

The rating system needs to be better. Great flow, very creative and witty, but not a lol parody. Cheap laughs from describing various tortures would have done the trick (NPI).
