No, this isn't a song about Afghanistan or Iraq. It's a tribute to my favorite platform-jumping video game of all time: "The Great Cave Offensive," starring Kirby. Well, it's not really a game, it's only a part of a bigger game ("Kirby Super Star," published by Nintendo for the SNES in 1996), but still, it has much more depth than most full platform games. ("Chester Cheetah," anyone?) By the way, this is my SECOND Kirby-related song parody on this site. Earlier this month I submitted a parody of Blondie's "Call Me" (titled, of course, "Kirby"), which you can find through a quick site search for either Kirby, Blondie, or Olvan The Terrible.
