This is one of those things, kind of like Bruce Banner nearly getting raped in the YMCA showers until he warns the two would-be homo-rapists about his having super powers, that is probably never going to make it to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

RDJ (Robert Downey Jr.) should not be beheaded. He is alive and well. He will appear in IRON MAN 4 as Tony Stark.
