The Lyrics

[Chorus:]
You know she winds me up (Winds me up)
Shut her up - crazy, she keeps
Talking on (on and on)
On, on and on
And she always picks (always picks)
The very worst moment
To contradict (no I don't!)
Well done, very quick
I need you (I need you)
More than anything darlin'
To not talk - don't even start.. because

She wind me up (what the ****?)
Shut her up
Silly old fart

I try to avoid
Getting wound up and annoyed
But I can't
I try ignoring you
But to no avail
You quote from the Daily Mail
And then you ask
"What, am I boring you?"

Baby Baby
I try to find
The reason why
You're so effing gobby
You never stop
You'll talk until you drop
..or till I do

[Chorus]
You know she winds me up (Winds me up)
Shut her up - maybe if she
Shut her trap (would you clap?)
Stops taking crap
And she always picks (always picks)
The very worst moment
To drop a brick (quite a trick)
And it makes me sick
I need you (I need you)
To stop endlessly snarlin'
You've made complaining an art..

She wind me up (what the ****?)
Shut her up
Silly old fart

Although you're not right
I get too tired to fight
Can't you see
That homoeopathy
Has nothing in it
(Except mountains of shit)
And that's all
So don't try it on me

Baby Baby,
If you shut up
Maybe then
My head'll stop throbbing
You never stop
You never shut your gob
..baby, we're through

You know she winds me up (Winds me up)
Shut her up - maybe if she
Shut her trap (with a snap!)
Stops taking crap
And she always picks (always picks)
The very worst moment
To aim a kick (what a chick!)
A kick in the dick
I need you (I need you)
Like a fish needs a dildo
So don't talk - don't even start..

She wind me up (what the ****?)
Shut her up
Silly old fart

I need you (I need you)
Like a fish needs a dildo
So don't talk - don't even start.. [fade]

Remind me never to wind you up, Phil (although hopefully that's not shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted!) Very, very funny, particularly with juxtaposition of the bouncy OS - so many 'pun'derful lines, all perfectly paced. Nothing less than a 555 will do.

Where do you know my Mum from? Does she also deny she even said it when challenged? Funny stuff, 555s

Wendy - you've said so many nice things about my parodies in the past, I don't think you could wind me up that much :-)

Lifeliver - I would like to point out that this song is not about anyone in particular, especially not my wife. I hope that's clear, now.
