I had no doubts regarding what this was about until I saw Patrick's comment, which left me wondering whether there was something I missed. Since I don't know what that might be, I'll go with my original take: Very funny and great job on the rhyming! The neat thing about using floozies as a target is that none of them will ever complain, since none of them ever think of themselves as being floozies.

I understood he was singing to something that would "swell, extend". I assumed it was not a party balloon. Maybe I got it wrong. Wouldn't be the first time. But it does make for a rather disturbing image.
