Parody Song Title:

"Dr. Beckett's Project Quantum Leap"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

O'er a mountain in New Mexico
You may see a rather eerie glow
'though there's something strange about the place
Of activity, there ain't a trace
In bunkers deep under ground
The chronotons are flyin' round
Dr. Beckett's Project Quantum Leap

It's Dr. Beckett's Project Quantum Leap
Accelerator's Gushie's toy
Dr. Beckett's Project Quantum Leap
He's lost in time again, oh boy!

Dr. Beckett's Project, Dr. Beckett's Project
Dr. Beckett's Project Quantum Leap

His memory is hazy
He's fixing up the past
It's such a frightful paradox
He'd like to get back home again
He'd love to be back home

Al and Ziggy keep him up-to-date
With whatever is on his plate
'though the handlink's always on the blink
And it seems the project's really jinxed
He's lost in the continuum
And bouncing all around the years
It's Dr. Beckett's Project Quantum Leap

Not too bad, all in all.

I think this is the first "Quantum Leap" parody I've seen; nice job. I've been planning on doing "Stargate Tonight" for awhile now, myself.

I'm glad to see a "Quantum Leap" parody in here, although I'm swiss-cheese on part of the OS. Read good, anyway!

That project must really be on the fritz, 'cause Scott Bakula still bounces around through time!

Nice job with an unusual topic. Great show that was. I could see you do the entire Sgt Pepper album this way. Give it a shot!

Thanks, guys.
Claude: I look forward to "Stargate Tonight" :-)
Agrimorfee: I've actually been tying to work out an opening for "A little help..". Got some lyrics I think may work.. just need to work out some more to go with it. Not sure I could do a whole album of QL, but other random Sci-Fi shows could be doable :-)
