Parody Song Title:

"Dear Users"

Parody Written by:

Phil Alexander

The Lyrics

This one goes with the "He's A User" that I wrote yesterday
Dear users, won't you RTFM
Dear users, I might help you then
The server's up, the network too
So please log on, there's work to do
Dear users, do I have to say again?

Dear users, why not hit F1
Dear users, and the help will come
I wrote that help file - you should see
Full context-sensitivity
Dear users - prove to me you ain't so dumb

Shuttin' down
Shuttin' down, down, down
Shuttin' do-o-o-o-wn

Dear users, if you call support
Dear users, don't you know you ought
To let us know what you can see
What is that message, exactly?
Dear users help us give the help you sought

Why do I get the impression that you really HAVE been asked where the "any key" is? One good thing about this part of your job, you'll never run low on comedic inspiration. Of course, that's also the bad thing about it. ;) Love both of these!

Hey Phil. First, I'm pretty much out. You'll reclaim the top ten soon. But I find it amusing that my top spot will be "Number nine, number nine, number nine."
