Peter - Spirit Halloween is a seasonal store so once it becomes November all of the stores go away and the abandoned buildings they take over are once again abandoned. It's neither a joke or a pun just a statement.

Okey, we don't have that here. Central city squares are usually transferred once a week for a couple of hours to something that is half country fair and half casual trading areas for seasonal products - albeit sellers need a license and pay a fee for an allocated slot so the casual part of it aint' that big.
