*Some will object to this, but Emmit Sullivan's recent reply to a Court of Appeals demand that he explain his actions in light of the ruling of US v Fokker, which compels him to dismiss the Flynn case, demonstrates that he doesn't understand the first principle of law ..... He actually ignored the fact that he was required to justify his action according to the case law. He didn't even touch on The Fokker case. This is something that would get a high school Moot Court competitor laughed out of the classroom, it is so amateurish
