In the UK in 2012, the last analogue television signals were shut off for good so that digital TV is the only 'option'. Because so many channels practice part-time subtitling or even do not have subtitles at all, this has led to many deaf and autistic people being disabled by them. I wrote this song to raise awareness because it's cheaper than suing all the companies involved, as is required under the Equality Act 2010.
