In the olden days, morbidly obese individuals could find employment, and food, as a circus "fat man" or "fat lady". Such exhibitions would not be "politically correct" today. But, with the rise of Donald Trump, America is poised to turn back the clock to a less "sensitive" era. Who knows? Maybe the "freak show" is due for a comeback.
Yesterday, all my excess fat would melt away
Now it looks as though it's here to stay
I'm scared to think how much I weigh
Gradually, I am twice the man I used to be
Rolls of fat expand for all to see
My pants not wide enough for me
Went straight from my lips to my hips, zip, zip, no way
And I double down, when I frown, two chins array
Yesterday, I could exercise the pounds away
TV ads a fit physique display
I don't believe a word they say
Substitute a pill for my will, won't go that way
Side effects go wrong, much too strong a price to pay

As happens so often, my brother gave me a great line and I just had to build a parody around it.
