In her latest craziness, former actress Amanda Bynes was acting up in her 47th Street high-rise, smoking pot in the lobby and acting errractically. When police showed up and saw the bong, she grabbed it, ran to a window, and tossed it into the air. She was arrested for possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment, and evidence tampering. She was taken for a psychiatric evaluation, booked, and then released without bail after she made her arraignment hearing. She later claimed sexual assault against the arresting officers!!!
