It wasn't a big shock that the House passed the partial funding for Sandy relief. What was a bit odd was that some of the folks who voted against the funding have happily accepted disaster funding in the past.

Effective OS choice and I like how you kept it simple. The political protagonists in these themes usually leave me out of the loop. Kudos for spelling hypocrisy correctly but you flubbed on the homophone 'straits'. OK, OK, as for mistakes, I got mine, lol.
