Someone sent me a parody of this oft-used melody the other day. Then I remembered a kid in my high school history class who tried to stifle a sneeze while uttering the expletive "bullsh*t". The teacher came back with, "So, you want to talk about the Russian Revolution and the Bolsheviks?". This song popped into my head rather quickly after that. Not my best effort maybe, but it gives me numbers. Sorry about that, TT.

Bolshevik, bearded plotters talk in accents thick
Grab a homemade bomb and light the wick
You'll die at hands of Bolshevik

Suddenly, the whole land erupts in anarchy
Every half-baked revolution'ry
Finds golden opportunity

This Czar has to go, in the snow, we grabbed his sleigh
Took his wife and kids and we blew them all away

Bolshevik, violence oozing from a mind that's sick
These fanatics prone to anger, quick
And their beliefs are Bull-shevik

Hey Mike, if you can call conservatives teabaggers, is it OK if we call Barney Frank the same thing? Or would that be "insensitive" and "homophobic?" And what's the deal with that first sentence. Are you saying now that Obama isn't Obama?

Read Rudel's book when I was in high school. Most successful dive bomber pilot of all time. Nazi's created special awards just for him. Stalin had huge bounty on his head. Ran 50 miles naked through Russian winter to return to German lines after being shot down. Lost a leg late in the war. Emigrated to Argentina and became a ski instructor! One tough dude.

The apology is owed more for omitting the final bridge and the verse after it. In plain English, the last two verses of OS were skipped (even though they're reprises, they need to be done).

Where, exactly, did you refer to, or imply reference to, Obama? 555 to compensate for Michael Pacholek's irrelevant infusion of modern politics into a parody describing an event of almost a century ago. On the other hand, if the shoe fits ... ;)
