From Patriot Comics comes a short story of two invading Nazis- Bent Cross and Hanna Hailstorm that have come to destroy a B-17 plant with Hanna's cryo powers raining hailstones down on the assembly lines. But Old Glory comes to fight it out with Bent Cross who is protecting her as she manipulates the weather. His Thompson is not stopping the armored bully but suddenly Lady Liberty appears in the sky and melts away the cold weather clouds of destruction with her heat wave. The sun shines again and Hanna's cryo-powers are nullified. As Army troops move in, Bent Cross and Hanna escape in a whirlwind out to sea where a U-boat awaits them. The Arsenal of Democracy wins!

Here comes Old Glory, he’s now moving up slowly
Proud emblem of eagle, one very bold soldier
Aims his Thompson with ease
Fight the Bent Cross, bring the Nazis to their knees

There goes the sunshine, dark clouds cast shadows
Nazi plot sinister, hail comes down like boulders
“Sieg Heil, we’ll have the victory!”
Hailstones crashing down on the bomber factory

Lady Liberty had the Eternal Flame to fight enemies and also the Light of Liberty which radiated from her crown AFAIK. Her theme was something like this: Mighty Lady Liberty/Defender of the free/Shines her light in darkest night/Stands for Democracy... her alter-ego was IIRC (no joke) Victoria Justice!!!
