The Lyrics

11 Secret Service back-up agents in Columbia for President Obama's visit decided to pick-up some prostitutes and go to a local hotel for a fun time. But one didn't pay and she stayed in the hotel and made a complaint to the Police that turned in a report to the US Embassy (prostitution is legal in many parts of Columbia). That launched an FBI investigation and SS instant removal of the agents and investigation. Although no crime was committed, the agents face charges of disgracing the SS and not doing their duties, potentially bringing strangers (who could have been criminals or terrorists) into a SS operation. A total embarassment for Obama and the US as well as the Secret Service.
Hero guys

Serve with pride

Went wild side
Whores complied
