Parody Song Title:

"I Saw Them Landing There"

Parody Written by:

Porfle Popnecker

The Lyrics

Well, I'd just fished in the stream
For bass, perch, and bream
And the UFO
Was hov'ring in the air

Now I wish that I'd run for cover, whoo
When I saw them landing there

Well, they kidnapped me
And probed anally
With a hose so long
I lost the will to care

Now I wish they'd chosen another, whoo
When I saw them landing there

Well, I felt that beam
Paralyze my scream
It was like a dream, of dy-ing...

Whoa, I floated in space
And beheld a grayish face
That was way too long
With eyes that blankly stare

Now I hear the thoughts of another, whoo
Since I saw them landing there

[guitar solo]

Well, my mind did blow
Till they let me go
And their UFO, went fly-ing...

Now I've been on TV
But the world makes fun of me
I'm the crazy hick
Whose mind's beyond repair

Now I can't convince my own mother, whoo
That I saw them landing there
Oh, that I saw them landing there
Well now, that I saw them landing there

One of those "damn, I wish I'd thought of that" ideas :-) Excellent stuff.

This one's out of this world, so to speak.

The 90s had the X-Files for stuff like this, Amiright has the 555-files! And I'm surprised how good the upbeat original song worked for the subject!

Thie was very good.

Will done-555!!! Reminds me of all the military personnel that have responded to both stealth crashes and landed UFOs that either have to lie to the media or keep their mouths shut! Best cases for civilians were the Belgian Wave and the Phoenix Lights. What they saw in Phoenix looked to me a hell of a lot like the WW2 Horten XIIIA experiemental wing, but with lights underneath the fuselage or built into it: http://d951443.u114.weberz.com/images/Horten_XIII/ho_xiii_a_in_flight.jpg

It came out of the sky - at least beyond 555 light years...

Well she was barely thirteen .. You know what I mean .. And the way she looked was way beyond the pale . . So how could I marry another, woooo .. When I saw her standing there

Always the anal probe. What's up there that they desperately need information from? Great fun, Porf. I liked the detail in this, like describing the long grayish face with blank eyes. Lots of good soundalikes as always too.

Appreciate the comments! No clue as to why the aliens always go in through the backdoor, but I sure hope they sterilize those instruments between uses.

Porfle, you should read about the Tehran Incident with Lt. Jafari if the IIAF. He is the inly reported military pilot to have tried to intercept and fire on an enemy UFO in a F-4. The aliens froze his flight and fire controls twice, but he was definately picked up by civilain and military radars with the object AND a secret US spy sat at the time! The object could not have been man-made b/c it split into 3-components at one point and then reintegrated! I'm sure others from the US and USSR have tried to fire as well (especially in the latter case) but have not released any info. As for the Belgian Wave, the photographed black triangles may be TR-3B ASTRA craft with the three tip lights being Teledyne rockets...

Thanks Rob, I'll google some info on those.

UFO...Undeniably Funny Observations
Rob Arndt - March 20, 2012 - Report this comment
History of the UFO term: was WW2 term for U-Foe, Unidentified Foe. Then postwar UFO, Unidentified Flying Object. Due to Kenneth Arnold's sighting and the Roswell incident, the term flying saucer was coined by a reporter and that became linked with UFO. So then people in the 1950s UFO panic started to think all UFOs were disc craft of alien origin. Nonsense as there have been many annular or circular craft built by man since the early 1900s and the Germans were the ones that made the exotic disc craft in WW2 that remain classified until 2020. That is b/c their powerplants were considered beyond normal science for the 1940s- EMG (ElectroMagneticGravitational) and mercury ion plasma. They also tried flattened circular turbojets while the Italians came up with a circular flying bomb burning kerosene for fuel (Turbo Proietti)- a "Turbine Projectile"!!! Any of these craft seem unworldly, but they are not. Same for the Horten Parabola: http://discaircraft.greyfalcon.us/pictureso/me10.jpg

(SOTM) I wonder why no-one believes him...maybe it's because he keeps shoving his butt in people's faces and screaming "THE AY-LEE-ANS DONE STUCK A TOOB UP THAR!" Just a hunch. Short parody, but still very amusing. 555!
