The Lyrics

This is a re-work of my song last week, now lauding the Jets for their upset victory over the Patriots, and pushing for a win this weekend over the Steelers and a trip to The Superbowl!! Annnnd, this one got produced and the audio/video will be up on the site soon.
Ooooh we loved that headline,
Pa…tri..ots are through!
Play..offs Jets are hungry
Super bowl will do...

Smash them, trash them, beat..ing easy
The next head..line on Monday,
Jets Make Ben Pay!

Ben's balls they go no where,
Covered all the time..
Jets pass rush they can't bear,
Sack team at their prime...

Bump him, shove him, Ben sees, green sleeves
Stee..lers' Heinz Field turf sore,
Jets served Sunday!

Jets serve Sunday…
pain not used to…..
Jets seize the day…
This round's Gang Green's, the press will share...

Ooooh there goes more touchdowns
Sanchez comes alive
Holmes and Braylon score now
And runn…ing game eats time

Pitt's beat, dead meat, Jet's needs, growing
Now it's time to line for...

A Super seat....
A Super seat....

Mark - Ya got me. A Jets win would be the lesser of two weevils. Several of my friends (one is age 72) have black and gold shirts with the number 7 and the name "Rapistberger"! But my wish is to see Hines Ward...decapitated! Great job! Sending you three 5s and a machete to Warren Cromartie. ;D

I guess somebody has to win this game, I agree with Old Man Ribber...lesser of two evils.

"Green" thanks to OMR & Jeff(No, wish it was. There's a radio station that occationally produces my lyrics(a cheap, but great way to hear my stuff in full form). I really wish I could partner with someone musically inclined to run with other productions, becaause I have a doosy of a project idea...

Not into football...more of a golf, and some baseball, and basketball fan, but you weigh your words well, and never waste an ounce.

Thanks, AFW. Check out the video(it's very amusing, even for non-football fans...)

Here's hoping the Jets will pull it off. It won't be easy since the Steelers are a tough defensive team and last time they faced, Polamalu was out with an ankle injury. This one's going to be tough and the score will probably be close with the game going either way.

Thanks, Max. If ever there was a confidence builder for beating the Steelers, it was that classic upset of the Patriots last weekend!

I like the parody, but I don't like the result of the game.

Nice work! Not a huge fan of pro football, but being from Toledo, the only thing we get on the sports is Lions and Browns (how unfortunate haha). Nice job reworking a great OS and just hinting at who you think will win lol

Great song AND video. I give you a score of 555, Steelers 0.

thanks Abbott(The Browns always have the capability of upsetting teams). Thanks, Dan!!!
