The Lyrics

Like most of my parodies, this one is pretty self explanitory. This is one of my best works pacing-wise.
Airplanes crashed into the Twin Towers
Hurt like when Pearl Harbor was bombed
Osama is slick, and we won't catch him quick
I guess we'd better blame it all on Saddam

Christ! You know it ain't easy
To bomb Iraq unjustly
The way things are goin'
The whole world's gonna hate me!

Talkin to Security Council
Hopin' for a stroke of good luck
"Here you see Saddam, makes his chemical bombs"
They said that's nothing but a big trailer truck

Christ! You know it ain't easy
To bomb Iraq unjustly
The way things are goin'
The whole world's gonna hate me!

Start the war without the United Nations
With Operation: Shock and Awe
'Cause Russia and France, they just might give us a chance
Once they all see that Saddam's Baghdad will fall

Christ! You know it ain't easy
To bomb Iraq unjustly
The way things are goin'
The whole world's gonna hate me!

We got Saddam's sons and Chemical Ali
Still the UN won't give us a hand
While old Saddam says, "Oh boy, when I'm dead, I'll be the biggest martyr in the world- Think!"
Though combat's long since been called over
Saddam lives the President fears
Our soldiers they say, are dying each day
And they're gonna be stuck there for years

Christ! You know it ain't easy
To bomb Iraq unjustly
The way things are goin'
The whole world's gonna hate me!

Bush in Washington, Blair in London
Never will admit they were wrong
Even if the press, says it was a success
We're gonna pay for this for too long!

Christ! You know it ain't easy
To bomb Iraq unjustly
The way things are goin'
The whole world's gonna hate me!
The way things are goin'
The whole world's gonna hate me!

Though I agree with the premise completely, this one needs work. I tried the same song: "The Ballad of the War Protestors." So glad they held the summit in the Azores near Spain. Keep trying. You'll nail one of these soon.

What needs work? I think the pacing is pretty good, if you actually sing it alongside the song...

I thought it was pretty tight in terms of pacing - thinking about it, it might have been better called "The Ballad of George and Tony", though. My only pacing criticism would be that you're stressing the word "Unjustly" oddly in the chorus... so it can't be bad, can it?
