The Lyrics

Sailed on an ocean cruise around the world
Never saw a lot of sights
I was seasick all the way, just wretched and hurled
In my bunk both days and nights

Now Back In The U.S. I Are,
And feeling much better by far, boy
Back In The US, I Are, yeah

Gonna' be a landlubber with no disgrace
I'll take solid earth, not ebb
From now on, if I wish to travel someplace
Well, I'll just surf on the web..

I'm Back In The U.S. I Are,
Back on good old dirt, in a bar, boy
Back In The U.S.
Back In The U.S.
Back In The U.S. I Are..

No Magellan, me, I'll hang right where I'm from
Stuff that old sea hunch
Don't need no Cruise, no, not even Tom
I hate it when I lose my lu, lu, lu, lu, lu,
Lu, lu, lu, lunch..
Hey, come on..
Hu Hey Hu, hey, ah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah..

I'm Back In The U.S. I Are
And I know how lucky I are, boys
Back In The U.S. I Are

No Magellan, me, I'll stick right where I'm from
Skip that old sea brunch..
I need no Cruise, no, not even Tom
Don't like it when I lose my lu, lu, lu, lu, lu, lu, lu
Lu, lu, lu, lunch..

On that trip, all that I saw were rolling waves
Scores of seagulls, lottsa' foam
When the wife starts bellyachin' cruiseline raves
She can go, but I'll stay home..

I'm Back In The U.S.
Back In The U.S.
Back In The U.S. I Are

I'm Back In The U.S.
Back In The U.S.
Back In The U.S. I Are.....

Glad you're back, Captain L'Air . . . I prefer to 'rock the boat' only when it's in the harbor.

Great work, loved the way you got F. Magellan in there, he doesn't appear in nearly enough parodies i say!

Thank you, Peregrin...True, but he's in those "Gellin" commercials, all the time

I knew a USAF Master Sergeant back in my early USAF days. He spent 12 years in the Navy. I asked him one day what made him switch to the USAF - He said he got seasick alot and he was always told that he'd get used to it. After 12 years he finally realized that he was not going to get used to it and that is why he switched military branches. Nope you didn't have to drop a house on old Wally. 12 weeks would have been enough for me. Sometimes the Navy guys are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. Yeah and he walked like he was on board ship - I think he was seasick permanently. Good parody, Farce. Hope you don't get air-sick with that name of yours..
