They're the little old ladies from La Molina

The little old ladies from La Molina
(Go Ate, go Ate, go Ate, go!)
Have a pretty little hive of pink mosquitos
(Go Ate, go Ate, go Ate, go!)
They sing Pavarotti, where did they learn?
'Til the Ate guys torch them and let them burn!

And the Ate guys get meaner and meaner
to the little old ladies from La Molina
They throw their trash and they throw it hard
The fence can't protect the rich old ladies' yard

They're the little old ladies from La Molina

The dudes from Ate really want their chicken
(Go Ate, go Ate, go Ate, go!)
But if you try to charge them, you will get a lickin'!
(No, Ate, no, Ate, no, Ate, no!)
You have to admit that they are quite a rough lot
'Cause they're always beating up the poor old Pio's mascot!

And the Ate guys get meaner and meaner
to the little old ladies from La Molina
They throw their trash and they throw it hard
The fence can't protect the rich old ladies' yard

They're the little old ladies from La Molina
(Go Ate, go Ate, go Ate, go!
Go Ate, go Ate, go Ate, go!)
They never have time for a garden party
'Cause they always have to argue with the guys from Ate!

And the Ate guys get meaner and meaner
to the little old ladies from La Molina
They throw their trash and they throw it hard
The fence can't protect the rich old ladies' yard

They're the little old ladies from La Molina

Go Ate, go Ate, go Ate, go! (Ate go!)
Go Ate, go Ate, go Ate, go! (Ate go!)
Go Ate, go Ate, go Ate, go! (Ate go!)
Go Ate, go Ate, go Ate, go! (Ate go!)
©2008 by Michael W. McVey La Molina is a rich suburb of Lima, and "El Especial del Humor" is the funniest show on Peruvian television. Ate, next to La Molina, is much poorer and has a lot of crime. See the youtube for an example of a typical "Viejas de La Molina" skit -- it really helps if you know Spanish!

Hi Michael, I'm glad you added the explanation. I gather that Ate is pronounced "are-tay"? I makes it all come together, funny job :)
