The Lyrics
I have watched TV/Movie biographies of Loretta Lynn, Jan & Dean, Rosemary Clooney, and other musical celebrities. There is always a scene in which the star reaches a peak of performance and fame, followed by another in which he or she "loses it" on stage and collapses or behaves foolishly in front of their fans. A couple weeks ago I enjoyed one of my "peaks" at AIR, when the great Leough posted a tribute "Pat McWilliams Fans". Now it's time for my collapse into mediocrity and shame. Butler Derringer is a tiny, pearl handle pistol that doesn't work all that well. One of those impulse purchases I have come to regret.

Patrick, is that the little .22 short based on the old parlour guns? Not much use except as a plinker. I wouldn't use one on a squirrel! Also, your version of SJH IPASOY is oddly off. No rating, sorry :(
I based my version on a youtube video with accompanying lyrics. This may be different from the canonical version used by most parodists here. I am not really familiar with the song. I might have picked up a live performance.
