It ripped the lights till mangled,
Turned car wheels off their course.
I was not inclined to speed shift.
The car lost all its force.
My gloom was growing darker,
As the squealing blew my brain.
Then I stalled out when the motor clinked,
And the gator went insane

And so it was, that gator,
As the killer rolled its tail,
And defaced my car so grossly,
Caused the wiper blades to fail.


It edged in close to explore me,
Showed its ruthless sturdy teeth.
And I looked for signs the dread would pass,
Could not get relief.
As the two front seats were surveyed,
It shook flecks loose from my ride.
It riled my glee so madly,
That my panicked state stayed high.

And so it was, that gator,
As the killer showed its tail,
And I faced that scourge approaching,
Turned my spiteful rage to wails.


I stared out at that demon,
And the brute took aim at me.
As I pondered how to save my car,
Hood got crunched by teeth.
It was dripping wet and lurchin'.
I was feeling indisposed.
And I knew my fly was soakin'
By the yucky smell on clothes.

And so it was, that gator,
As the killer groped and flailed,
With a hateful burst, imposing,
Reared its frightful shakin' tail.


Then lo, by luck, that gator,
Ah, the killer croaked, assailed,
As a shameless jerk, a-poaching,
Quelled that frightful gator's tail.
