While walking with my cute schnauzer
Much to my surprise
An off leash gollie came right towards us
'Bout twice my schnauzer's size
The owner was nowhere in sight
As it kept on barking at me (woof, woof)
I'll tell her use a leash next time that cuckoo dog sees me

I shouted "take this flippin' dog and put him on a leash!"
But the crazy gollie blocked my way to say the very least
The owner must've flipped her lid
As her dog kept barking at me (woof, woof)

Her dog went woof, woof, woof

Then her salty boyfriend came an Irishman was he
He had his two dogs on a leash they didn't charge at me
He yelled "Hey mate! Don't you tell me what I do to my dogs!"
His voice was hoarse and booming, you'd think he was a frog

Then the rightful owner came looking pretty beat
She tried to make the gollie come by gritting with her teeth
The owner was so furious
As her dog kept barking at me (woof, woof)

Finally she grabbed her dog and slapped him on the nose
The poor gollie had whimpered from pain nerves I suppose
The woman finally came up to me to tell me loud and clear
Hey sir, I'm very sorry that my dog brought you to tears
